ST. THOMAS — Crown Bay was the place to be on Wednesday for the annual Carnival Food Fair. The event was accentuated by mainstay vendors serving up the best of Virgin Islands cultural dishes, along with hundreds of tourists from Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas, who were pleasantly surprised with the special occasion's diverse food offerings, arts and craft, and so much more.
