Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach is inviting the business community to attend the Division of Corporations and Trademarks’ information sessions on the online Catalyst system. Sessions are open to existing and new business owners, and service providers who assist businesses with filings to the Division of Corporations and Trademarks.

“The online Catalyst system is a key component for all business owners. The system is used to create a user account and register business entities. It is also used to maintain the business entity status of active/in good standing to avoid administrative dissolution for failure to comply with the annual or biennial statutory requirements. The compliance feature of Catalyst provides business entities and trade name owners with email notifications informing them of past due and upcoming filings,” said the lieutenant governor.

Persons interested in attending any of the informational sessions are required to register by emailing: [email protected]. In the subject line, indicate Business Entity Informational Sessions.

For additional information, please contact the Division of Corporations and Trademarks at 340-776-8515 or 340-773-6449.
