Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach has invited the business community to attend the Division of Corporations and Trademarks’ virtual information sessions on the online Catalyst system. Sessions are open to existing and new business owners along with service providers who assist businesses with filings to the Division of Corporations and Trademarks, Mr. Roach's office said.

The online Catalyst system is accessible 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. It is used to create a user account and register business entities. Catalyst is also used to maintain the business entity status of active/in good standing to avoid administrative dissolution for failure to comply with the annual or biennial statutory requirements, according to the release. The compliance feature provides business entities and trade name owners with email notifications informing them of past due and upcoming filings.

Persons interested in participating in the upcoming virtual informational sessions are required to register by emailing: [email protected]. In the subject line, please indicate Business Entity Informational Sessions.

Upcoming virtual information sessions will take place via Zoom and will begin at 4:00pm on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, June 3, 2020
  • Wednesday, June 10, 2020
  • Wednesday, June 17, 2020
