A Viya bucket truck overturned at the traffic lights near the Diageo rum distillery on St. Croix early Saturday, impeding traffic for hours as police investigated the accident, and as two wreckers attempted to remove the vehicle from the road. According to police, the skid marks north of the accident suggest the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed. Watch the video above.
